Ackerman Pays $142,000 in Legal Fees

The article incorrectly stated that Rep. Gary Ackerman owned stock in Xenonics Inc. at the time he arranged a meeting between the defense contracting firm and Israeli officials. Ackerman’s attorney said he did not invest in that company until about one year after that meeting took place.
