O’Donnell Calls on NRSC for Fundraising Help

Christine O’Donnell complained Sunday that the National Republican Senatorial Committee and the Delaware Republican Party have abandoned her Senate campaign.

“The state party isn’t helping us. … We’re hoping that the National Republican Senatorial Committee will help us. But it’s two-and-a-half weeks left, and they’re not,” she told ABC’s “This Week,” saying the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee is working hard against her.

O’Donnell became the GOP nominee after an upset win in the primary against Rep. Mike Castle. She faces Democrat Chris Coons, who is favored to win the general election next month.
