Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) j’accused President Barack Obama on Wednesday for “breach of his oath of office” on Frank Gaffney’s show on Secure Freedom Radio, People for the American Way’s Right Wing Watch reported.

The accusation comes after an executive order was handed down last week that would require the Department of Homeland Security to prioritize which illegal immigrants are subject to deportation. In other words, giving the boot to those who have been accused of a crime would be a higher priority than chucking out illegal students and veterans.

Gohmert, who was introduced on Gaffney’s program as one of “the most extraordinary Members of United States House of Representatives” and as “a guy [the show] turns to in matters of the law, as well as high policy,” was less than thrilled by the executive edict.

“What does it mean to a polity like ours that you have a president who says, I am going to selectively enforce the laws on immigration, for example, and to what extent does that really represent a breach of his oath of office?” Gaffney asked Gohmert.

“Well it does represent a breach of the oath,” Gohmert answered.

“This is a president who has done more to undo the very foundation of the country, the rule of law, that no matter who you are, president, Member of Congress, whoever — it doesn’t matter — the law is to be equally applied across the board,” he continued.

(Quick aside: Obama has done more to undo the foundation of this country than … who? We are on the edge of our seats here!)

“And there’ve been exceptions where people have gotten away with stuff,” Gohmert said. “But never to the extent that this guy has pushed and, like you said, he’s shown contempt for the lawmaking process.”

Toward the end of the segment, Gohmert j’accuses Obama of making America into a third-world country.
