John Hoeven Aide Joins House Race in North Dakota

Sen. John Hoeven’s (R-N.D.) former state director, Shane Goettle, has joined the burgeoning field of candidates seeking Rep. Rick Berg’s (R) at-large House seat. Berg is running for Senate.

Goettle joins a crowded GOP field that includes state Rep. Bette Grande and Public Service commissioners Brian Kalk and Kevin Cramer. Pam Gulleson, a former state director for then-Sen. Byron Dorgan, is running for the Democratic nod.
