Vice President Joseph Biden will deliver remarks in Iowa on Wednesday for the second time this month.

Biden will speak at PCT Engineered Systems in Davenport about the administration’s efforts to improve the economy and the importance of manufacturing. It’s the third in a series of speeches Biden is delivering on the economy, which kicked off two weeks ago in Toledo, Ohio.

Davenport is in the redrawn 2nd district of Rep. Dave Loebsack (D). President Barack Obama won Iowa by 10 points in 2008, and the state is back on the campaign’s target list this year.

Biden’s first trip was an official visit to Iowa State University in Ames to discuss the administration’s insourcing goals.
