It’s All Goode in the Neighborhood

With so much recent presidential campaign news surrounding figures such as President Barack Obama, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas), it’s easy to forget about another bid for the highest office in the land, this one by a former Member of Congress.

That’s right, folks. Former Virginia Republican Rep. Virgil Goode is still running for the presidency on the Constitution Party ticket.

How do we know? Well, because it says so right there on the Goode campaign website’s “News From the Campaign” section: “Virgil Goode with Hazel Davis at the National Day of Prayer Service at Mill Creek on May 3, 2012. Ms. Davis has Virgil Goode for President signs in her yard on the main highway in Axton.”

Obviously, we’re keeping an eye on this dark horse.
