Sean Duffy Schools Staff, Changes Tire

Rep. Sean Duffy is kicking it “old school” on Highway 53 on the way to Lake Superior.

As the Wisconsin Republican and his staff recently rolled out “his mobile office,” which we assume is in his car, they got a flat tire.

Because none of the young whippersnappers know how to change a tire, the Congressman took off his dress shirt and schooled them, but good.

“This is going to be a 15-minute stop,” Duffy said, starting to crank the lugnuts. “That’s going to be it.”

Sir, we’re calling you instead of AAA the next time we run into car trouble.

UPDATE May 25, 2012 9:47 a.m.:

Duffy’s staff emailed HOH to let us know that the congressman’s mobile office isn’t his car.

We were wrong? Gasp! Drat!

It turns out he has an actual mobile office.

“[S]ome places in the district are almost two hours away from one of our two offices, so we have a van that is driven around to bring the congressional services to his constituents,” spokesman John Gentzel tells HOH.

Our opinion: The mission is admirable, and the van reminds us of MTV’s “Road Rules.”

Clearly, a win(nebago) all around.
