Small visitors to the Botanic Garden on Friday enjoy the Garden Railway that is set up every Christmas season. The exhibit features model trains chugging along more than 800 feet of track through an “Enchanted Forest” created with plant materials.

Instead, Trump said he saw a new “framework” on a deal as likely workable.
