Montgomery Burns is still suffering a bit of election hangover — obviously consoling himself with repeated readings of “Nate Silver Can’t Add” and perusing his binders full of women — but pulls himself together long enough to relay this painfully simple explanation of the fiscal cliff situation:

Marco Rubio, R-Fla. — who, to the best of our knowledge, has never been mistaken for a pink handkerchief — Burns contemplates additional tax reduction strategies (“leave money to hounds” and “move to Switzerland” seem to be the top contenders) and also advocates shoving the brunt of our immigration woes onto the broad shoulders of New Jersey Gov.
