Today at a Glance: March 20, 2013

The Senate resumes consideration of the fiscal 2013 continuing resolution. At 11:15 a.m., the Senate will hold three roll call votes: two on amendments and one on the motion to invoke cloture on the underlying CR. If cloture is invoked, the 30 hours of post-cloture debate time will run as if cloture had been invoked at 1 a.m., putting the vote for passage of the CR at Thursday morning, unless an agreement is reached to act before then.

The House continues consideration of the fiscal 2014 GOP budget measure and five alternatives.
