At 11:15 a.m., the Senate will hold three roll call votes: two on amendments and one on the motion to invoke cloture on the underlying CR. If cloture is invoked, the 30 hours of post-cloture debate time will run as if cloture had been invoked at 1 a.m., putting the vote for passage of the CR at Thursday morning, unless an agreement is reached to act before then.
