Newest Member: Obama’s Address ‘Poked’ Republicans With Threat to Act

In an interview with Roll Call Editor-in-Chief Christina Bellantoni, Rep. Bradley Byrne, R-Ala., said President Barack Obama’s messaging on Tuesday suggested he may “go around” the Constitution in order to move his agenda forward.
