24-7-365-238 years: Round-the-Clock Vigilance in Defense of Liberty

It was 238 years ago this Independence Day that our founding fathers signed the Declaration of Independence, which includes this passage:  

Humanitarian support “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights that, among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”  

Defending such principles at that time was courageous and continuing to protect them two centuries later remains remarkable. Since the creation of the Declaration of Independence, men and women have been serving day in and day out to protect and promote these freedoms both at home and around the globe.  

Boeing is honored to support the men and women of the U.S. armed forces who protect our independence and help secure cherished liberties every day.
