House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., touted Democrats’ opportunity to pick up seats this November at a news conference Wednesday, saying Republicans’ “days are numbered.”

“I know that in two years there will be a Democratic Congress and a Democratic president. I’d like it to be in two months,” Pelosi said. “So this fall, it’s important for us to come as close to that as possible.”
