“The Pentagon’s top weapons buyer is meeting with a leading industry group and several top defense CEOs over the weekend to talk through his latest acquisition reform initiative,” Defense News reports.  

DoD and AIA both confirmed the meeting. An AIA spokesperson emailed that “representatives of industry are meeting with senior DoD officials to discuss a variety of topics. This is one of a series of meetings to foster constructive dialogue that have been taking place for the last several years.”
