Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi slammed House Republicans ahead of a 56th vote to repeal the Affordable Care Act on Tuesday, saying lawmakers were “baying at the moon.”

“The Affordable Care Act will continue to rank up there with Social Security, with Medicare, a third pillar of economic and health security for the American people,” Pelosi said. “And again, by the way, the clock is ticking on the bill for Homeland Security.”
