Sen. Patrick J. Leahy is the senator Gotham deserves. The Vermont lawmaker is a lifelong Batman fanand has had cameo appearances in five of the caped crusader’s films. He’s participated in an auction with Poison Ivy, seen Superman before a Congressional committee, and even faced off against the Joker.
