Ryan: House Will Pass Short-Term CR, Shutdown Up to Senate Democrats

House Speaker Paul D. Ryan, R-Wis., chided his Democratic counterparts for refusing to attend a White House negotiating session on averting a potential government shutdown. He said the deadline for a DACA solution is March 2018.
