Rep. Jack Kingston, R-Ga., has scheduled two news conferences for Thursday — yet another indication he will become the third member of the state’s delegation to enter the Senate race. The 11-term Republican congressman will make an announcement during double events in his coastal 1st District in Savannah and Brunswick.
