Nine homes, including one condominium, will be featured on this year’s Capitol Hill House and Garden Tour, which takes place this Saturday and Sunday.
Tour hours are 5-8 p.m. Saturday and noon-5 p.m. Sunday. Transportation between the homes will be provided on Sunday, and tourgoers on Sunday are invited to a tea at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church and an open house at Results the Gym. Ticketholders can visit homes on both days but can view each house only once.
Homes featured on the tour are at 816 East Capitol St. NE; 1108 East Capitol St. NE; 121 12th St. NE; 908 Massachusetts Ave. NE; 513 Constitution Ave. NE; 1001 C St. SE; 1013 E St. SE; 909 E St. SE No. 8; and 254 10th St. SE.
Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 on the tour days and can be purchased at the Capitol Hill Restoration Society kiosk at Eastern Market and at several Capitol Hill businesses.
