As the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, Sen. John Kerry has a Secret Service detail assigned to him. So when the Massachusetts Senator gave an economic policy speech at Georgetown University’s Gaston Hall on Wednesday, agents were there with him the entire time. The Secret Service began protecting Kerry on Feb. 20.
