With the warm weather upon us and everyone aiming to spend more time outside in the sun, Capitol employees are in the process of making the complex a beautiful place for visitors. So Jeff Knott, a maintenance mechanical worker, spent part of Tuesday cleaning this fountain in the Rayburn House Office Building courtyard.
