The lobby shop Cassidy & Associates has announced plans to open an office in Brussels. [IMGCAP(1)]

The office, branded as Cassidy & Associates Europe, is designed to influence the creation of public policy overseas.

Andreas Geiger, former head of the European Union center of Ernst & Young and EY Law, will be the president and CEO of the venture, the firm said.
