Huckabee Now In Virtual Tie Nationally With Giuliani

Rudy Giuliani is backed by 24 percent of Republican voters nationally while Mike Huckabee is at 22 percent. With the two-point difference well within the survey’s sampling error of 5 percentage points, Huckabee is in a virtual tie with Giuliani. Mitt Romney is at 16 percent in the new poll, followed by Sen. John McCain at 12 percent, Fred Thompson of Tennessee at 10 percent, Ron Paul at 6 percent, Duncan Hunter at 2 percent and Tom Tancredo at 1 percent.
