Seven-time Cy Young Award winner Roger Clemens arrives on Tuesday to testify at a closed-door House Oversight and Government Reform Committee meeting on the use of performance-enhancing drugs in Major League Baseball. Clemens was one of the players cited in former Sen. George Mitchell’s (D-Maine) December report on steroid use in baseball, but Clemens has denied the allegations.
