House to Take Up Bailout Bill Monday

The House will meet on Monday at 8 a.m. to take up the $700 billion bailout bill, with Democratic leaders aiming to finish all business by 12:30 p.m. to observe the upcoming Jewish holiday, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) said on the House floor Sunday night. There will be no more votes Sunday.
