House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) and Minority Whip Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) will meet Wednesday morning to hash out a plan for advancing the $700 billion bailout bill later this week. The two will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. before going into their meeting.
