Forum participants will include Iowa Gov. Chet Culver; Jared Bernstein of the Economic Policy Institute; Doug Elmendorf and Alice Rivlin of the Economic Studies program at the Brookings Institution; William Hambrecht of Hambrecht & Quist; Robert Kuttner, distinguished senior fellow at Demos; Arthur Levitt of the Carlyle Group and the former chairman of Securities and Exchange Commission; Allen Sinai of Decision Economics Inc.; Joseph Stiglitz, professor at Columbia University and chair of the Columbia Committee on Global Thought; and Lawrence Summers, professor at Harvard University’s Kennedy School and former Treasury secretary.

Forum participants will pose for photos at 10 a.m. before meeting in the Speaker’s Conference Room. Participants will also hold a press availability after the forum at 12:15 p.m.
