Obama Declared Winner

Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) has been elected president of the United States, the networks are projecting, and will become the first African-American ever to assume the office. The networks made the prediction after Obama won Virginia, which on top of a win in Ohio made his overall victory inevitable.
