Vulnerable Republican House Members Join Fundraising Forces

In an effort to fortify their re-election prospects and get an early jump on fundraising, 10 House Republicans have banded to together to create the Patriot Day Committee. The committee will allow the group of GOP House members to hold fundraising activities together and split the proceeds.

All 10 won their 2008 election with less than 55 percent of the vote. They include:

Ken Calvert of California

Anh “Joseph” Cao of Louisiana

Leonard Lance of New Jersey

Christopher Lee of New York

Dan Lungren of California

Thaddeus McCotter of Michigan

Erik Paulsen of Minnesota

Dave Reichert of Washington
