HOH’s One-Minute Recess: Gone to the Dogs

Attention, Bo Obama: The “it— accessory for chic Democratic dogs has arrived.

Left-leaning pooches are sporting “Barkers for Boxer— doggy bandannas sold by Sen. Barbara Boxer’s 2010 re-election campaign Web site.

[IMGCAP(1)]The $12 black cotton (and union-made, natch) scarves are a bit of a departure from the usual T-shirt/bumper sticker fare available from most campaigns. But, hey, it’s California we’re talking about here, and the candidate’s name is Boxer, after all.

Her campaign shop also offers a “Babies for Boxer— bib for the high-chair set.

We just hope the campaign realizes that dogs and babies — no matter how well-dressed — can’t vote.
