Heath and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius might have uncovered the secret to getting those balky Congressional negotiators to come around on health care reform: a beer run!

[IMGCAP(1)]Sebelius, who is pushing for health reform on Capitol Hill, was spotted on Thursday night popping into Senate-side liquor store Schneider’s. An HOH operative saw the HHS head get out of a black SUV with her security detail and enter the popular booze emporium.

And just a few blocks away, Senate negotiators were hard at work trying to craft a health bill.

We’re not sure what the secretary bought, but it’s hard to underestimate the power of a six-pack of cold ones …
