Photo of the Week: Bike Park Nearly Ready To Soar

[IMGCAP(1)]The 1,700-square-foot Union Station Bicycle Transit Center is beginning to take shape. Originally scheduled to open earlier this year, the still-unfinished center will hold about 150 bikes for commuters to Capitol Hill.
