Behind the Scenes: 2011 Budget Released

Every year when the president sends his annual budget to Congress, local and national media gather to get the first pictures of the massive blue books.

It’s always a sight to see, with dozens of photographers and cameramen lining up for the shot as staffers guide boxes of the budget books through the Senate halls on an electric cart.

Roll Call takes you behind the scenes of Monday morning’s visual feeding frenzy with the raw video from the Dirksen Senate Office building.
