Florida: O’Donoghue Files to Take On Rep. Grayson

Orlando businessman Bruce O’Donoghue (R) has filed to take on Rep. Alan Grayson (D), a top target of national Republicans this cycle.

“Over the past year, politicians in Washington have managed to jeopardize the futures of both our parents and our children,— O’Donoghue said in his announcement Monday. “We cannot afford to allow this trend to continue unchecked. In the coming months, I look forward to having a conversation with voters about changing Washington’s priorities.—

O’Donoghue faces a crowded primary field that includes wealthy restaurateur and developer Armando Gutierrez Jr., state Rep. Kurt Kelly, attorney and conservative activist Todd Long, retired pilot Dan Fanelli and physician Ken Miller.
