New Hampshire: Ayotte Campaign Up With Television Spots

The leading Republican running for the Senate in New Hampshire, former Attorney General Kelly Ayotte, has begun running commercials, starting with a two-week, $90,000 buy.

Ayotte is not the first Republican on the air in the multi-candidate GOP primary scheduled for September.

Businessman Bill Binnie has spent millions on advertisements for his campaign, while fellow businessman Jim Bender has also started to air a television spot.

The likely Democratic nominee, Rep. Paul Hodes, has not released any advertisements.
