Colorado: NRSC Drops Another Ad on Bennet

The National Republican Senatorial Committee uses six words to break down Sen. Michael Bennet’s 21 months in office in a new independent expenditure ad: “Cutting Medicare. Hurting seniors. Killing jobs.”

It’s the second ad in the past two weeks the NRSC has run against the Democrat, whom polling shows to be vulnerable. The first knocked his votes for the stimulus; this one focuses on his support for health care reform.

The NRSC reserved $2.3 million in TV time in the state, while the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, which has also been active on the airwaves against Republican Ken Buck, reserved $4.3 million.
