Capitol Lens: A Quick Goodbye

This is a really nice capture of an encounter that appears undisturbed by the camera between Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) and Army Lt. Stephanie Call, who is from Salt Lake City, Utah. The two were saying goodbye after a photo op with visiting service members near the Senate steps.
