There is always another way to photograph the iconic Capitol Dome. Chris found a nice reflection last week in the sideview mirror of a car parked along Pennsylvania Avenue. We loved the lens flare and the point of view directly into the sun, while the reflection of the Capitol is exposed perfectly.
