Capitol Lens: Framing the Scene

Photographers tend to see the world in terms of rectangles, the way our cameras see the world. CQ Roll Call photographer Chris Maddaloni is no exception, as he takes a common news conference scene in the Capitol and gives the viewer a glimpse of how we see.
