Capitol Lens: Let There Be Light

The District Department of Transportation, the National Park Service and the Union Station Redevelopment Corp. began an 18-month reconstruction of Columbus Plaza and Massachusetts Avenue in front of Union Station in September. As part of continuing work on the project, workers installed new lighting on Monday.
