Bob Filner or Justin Bieber? Wikipedia Decides

Looks like some political activist has been having fun with the term paper go-to known as Wikipedia.

The latest online piracy: replacing the profile pic of Rep. Bob Filner (D-Calif.) with a years-old shot of Justin Bieber, flashing the peace sign:

These types of Internet pranks happen all of the time.

But, at least by our clock, this particular oversight has stretched on for an eternity in social media time.  (Our eagle-eyed tipster — “it wasn’t me,” they assured us via email — noticed the photographic switcheroo happened around noon.)

No autopsy, no foul.

Because who in their right mind would mistake the 69-year-old San Diego mayoral candidate for the 18-year-old Ontario native?
