Capitol Lens: Music on the Mall

Violinist Clarice Labbe, a D.C. resident, plays a pre-launch performance of “Lunchtime Music on the Mall” near the Smithsonian Metro stop on Thursday. The concerts this summer, sponsored by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority and the National Park Service, are scheduled from noon to 2 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
