Capitol Lens: Got Milk?

Minnesota GOP Rep. Harold Knutson gave it the old college try in a milking competition with three other Members of the 75th Congress in 1938. He folded with the rest after about 10 minutes of effort produced no more than a pint. Texas Democratic Rep. Marvin Jones, the referee, declared the contest a draw.
