Capitol Lens: Poster Child

Iowa Sen. Tom Harkin talks with Carly Loew, 11, and her mother, Michelle, of Carroll, Iowa, in the Russell Senate Office Building on Tuesday. Carly was the Hawkeye State winner of the Tar Wars poster contest, an anti-smoking campaign. The work of Carly and the other winners can be seen at tarwars.org.
