Capitol Lens: Reflecting on 9/11

Alec Taylor of Rhode Island was among those in attendance at the 9/11 Congressional Remembrance Ceremony on the East Front steps of the Capitol on Tuesday, the 11th anniversary of the terrorist attacks.
