The House will consider two measures under suspension of the rules, including one that would authorize issuance of right-of-way permits for natural gas pipelines in Glacier National Park.

The Senate will begin consideration of the legislative vehicle for the emergency supplemental appropriations bill that would help communities hit by Superstorm Sandy.

In executive session, that chamber will also consider two judicial nominations.
