Today at a Glance: March 18, 2013

The Senate resumes consideration of the continuing resolution to fund the government through the rest of fiscal 2013. At 5:30 p.m., the Senate will vote either on cloture of the substitute amendment to the CR or on an amendment, if senators are able to work out a list of amendments by then.

The House considers two resolutions that would authorize the use of the Capitol Grounds for events.
