NRA Political Victory Fund Increased Receipts in February

The National Rifle Association of America Political Victory Fund reported it had receipts of $1,589,558 during February, an increase from the $1.1 million they raised in January. They reported $4,010,987 cash on hand as of 2/28. Their 2011-2012 financial profile shows the PAC gave $1.1 million to federal candidates and spent $16.5 million on independent expenditures, including $11.9 million against Barack Obama.

Other PACs reporting February activity included New York Life Insurance Company PAC giving $193,500 to federal candidates and committees; CSX Corporation Good Government Fund giving $161,500Deloitte PAC giving $161,000Raytheon Company PAC giving $127,500; CULAC the PAC of Credit Union National Association giving $126,000; the American Federation of State County & Municipal Employees PEOPLE giving $113,000; the PAC of the Int’l. Brotherhood of Teamsters giving $111,500; among others.
