AmericaRisingPAC.org, a Republican-aligned super PAC, registered with the Federal Election Commission last week. The new PAC, operating out of Alexandria, VA., was founded by Matt Rhoades, former Romney campaign manager. Others involved include former RNC press person Tim Miller, and former RNC research Director Joe Pounder. The PAC plans to invest in online political research, and rapid response information on opposing candidates.
