NRA PAC Loads $1.3 Million Into War Chest Now Holding $6.7 Million

The National Rifle Association of America Political Victory Fund reported today it raised $1,290,539 during April, spent only $27,318, and had $6,730,272 cash on hand as of April 30.

The PAC raised $1,134,179 in unitemized small contributions.  The PAC gave out $21,000 to federal candidates and committees, including $2,000 to Sanford for Congress.

The PAC had receipts of $1,537,792 in March; $1,589,558 in February; and $1,104,071 in January. In 2011-2012 it raised $14.4 million. View 2011-2012 financial profile.
